About Peninsula Blood Pressure Monitoring and Holter (ECG) Monitoring
Peninsula Blood Pressure and Holter (ECG) Monitoring aims to provide accurate and timely 24hr blood pressure and 7 Day Holter ECG monitoring to the Mornington Peninsula community and surrounds.
Julie Banks is a Cardiac Technologist that has been employed since 2003 in the public health sector; originally as a Registered Nurse Division One and then in 2008 as a Cardiac Technologist. Whilst employed at MonashHeart with SouthernHealth and Frankston Hospital with Peninsula Health, Julie recognised the need for 24hr blood pressure and Holter monitoring on the Mornington Peninsula that does not have lengthy waiting lists and provides an out of hours service.
Julie is a dedicated Cardiac Technologist, having studied the following courses:
- Vocational Graduate Diploma of Cardiac Electrophysiology, CEPIA
- IBHRE (formerly NASPExAM), Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS)– Allied Professional
- Graduate Diploma Science (Cardiac Technology), Swinburne University
- Bachelor Commerce (Management)/Nursing, Deakin University.
